Google LLC has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Wiz, Inc., a leading cloud security platform headquartered in New York, for $32 billion. The all-cash transaction is subject to closing adjustments and regulatory approvals. Once finalized, Wiz will become part of Google Cloud.
