CDG Invest Growth, through its Capmezzanine V fund, has acquired a minority stake in Innoflex Group, a manufacturer and distributor of foam and mattress products in Morocco.

Founded by Mohamed El Yacoubi, Innoflex Group has developed into an established player in its sector. The group currently employs approximately 450 people and operates two industrial facilities in Morocco.

The investment will support Innoflex Group’s next phase of development. This will include strengthening its industrial capacity and supporting its medium- and long-term growth.

The transaction was completed in June 2026.
