African agrifood startups have a transformative opportunity to join the THRIVE Global Impact Challenge, an initiative dedicated to fostering a shift towards a net-zero carbon future in agriculture through groundbreaking solutions.
This global challenge aims to identify and nurture startups pioneering sustainable agricultural practices, aligning with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. The competition focuses on five critical themes within the agricultural sector. Finalists in these themes will advance to the final round, where they will present their innovations at the THRIVE Global Impact Summit.
The top contender of the THRIVE Global Impact Challenge will earn not only the prestigious award but also a coveted spot in THRIVE’s globally recognized Accelerator Programme. Additionally, the winning startup will receive an investment of up to $1 million from SVG Ventures. The winner will also have the exclusive opportunity to pitch their solution live at the THRIVE Global Impact Summit in Silicon Valley, showcasing their innovation to a global audience.
