    • A developer has released a new app for Android Auto called Velvet Launcher.
    • The app is said to launch a special version of the Chrome browser that works just like the one on desktop.
    • The developer says that Velvet Launcher can be used to play Netflix.

If you want to watch a video on Android Auto, there are ways to do it. Xtream Player, which recently added support for Plex Live TV and fixed bugs for YouTube playback, is a crowd favorite.
