The Nclude Fund, a fintech fund advised by DPI Venture Capital, has closed at over $112 million. DPI Venture Capital is the venture capital arm of Development Partners International, a London-based private equity firm focused on Africa.

The fund backs technology businesses across Africa and the Middle East with the potential to scale globally.

With a portfolio of 15 companies, Nclude invests in fintech, fintech-enabled businesses and companies at the intersection of fintech, AI and emerging technology, supporting greater financial inclusion. It backs businesses from seed through Series C, with investments ranging from $500,000 to $10 million.

Ashley Lewis, managing partner of DPI Venture Capital, said: “The Nclude Fund is rooted in improving financial inclusion across Africa and the Middle East. We have grown a portfolio aligned with that central thesis by activating more of the fund’s mandate across the region.

“At over $112 million, this fund gives us the firepower to invest with discipline and support ambitious founders as they grow from strong local businesses into regional technology leaders.”
